Gibson Arnold & Associates is searching for a Candidate Services Assistant to join our team in Houston office in the Galleria area. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of prior administrative or office experience, exceptional knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and must have excellent typing skills. Additionally, the candidate must have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, punctuality, the ability to learn new tasks quickly, superb initiative and the ability to multi-task.

Job duties:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from internal and external customers; respond to and direct requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Present a professional, confident demeanor dealing directly with various audiences ranging from high-level clients to candidates.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion on all matters.
  • Proficient delivery of high-level administrative and inner office support, to include conference room technology, printers, copiers, and other technological support.
  • Display a basic understanding and willingness to learn and support office technology systems and users.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities in order to meet deadlines with a demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize.
  • Manage document organization of paper and computer files.
  • Strong desire to develop collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with meticulous attention to the detail is critical to ensure databases and documents are flawless.
