Gibson Arnold & Associates, a leader in the legal recruiting and staffing field for more than three decades, now has an opportunity for the right person to join our team in Denver. As a Director – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for finding and placing top-tier candidates with law firms and corporate legal departments across the country; since this is an executive level recruiting position, people with at least one year of experience placing high end professionals in the legal industry are preferred, although other executive level recruiters will be considered.
As part of our team, you will manage all the recruiting duties for the attorney division, including maintaining existing client and candidate relationships, as well as developing new ones. Candidates will be very well organized with at least a basic level of technical proficiency, as well as exceptional inter-personal skills and proven leadership qualities; a degree in higher education is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this position, you will also need to be self-directed, comfortable interacting with executive management and high energy.
This is a tremendous opportunity with excellent earning potential, including $33,000 base salary with significant and unlimited bonus opportunities (bonuses generally ranging from $50-$100,000 with total compensation in the $100,000+ range).
