| Gibson Arnold & Associates is looking for retired, semi-retired, and consulting attorneys with 20+ years of experience for our Distinguished Legal Advisor (DLA) program. Ideal candidates will have significant expertise negotiating EPC Agreements, amendments, and claims as well as drafting and reviewing notices to and from customers and subcontractors (including change orders). This project can vary in weekly hours as well as length of time but will likely be 10-20 hours/week for a 2+ years. Candidate must be licensed in Idaho.The rate is $100 – $175 / hour depending on experience.
