A retail company is in need of a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their legal team temporarily and support the legal department in a variety of duties. This position will provide general support for the attorneys, which includes opening new legal matters, entering and managing information in the database, and organizing client information. The position is also hybrid.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in an in-house legal department or law firm setting.
  • Firm attention to detail.
  • Must possess business acumen and apply critical thinking and analysis.
  • Keen interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech savvy, with proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven ability to be resourceful, exercise initiative and sound judgment.
