A law firm in Denver is searching for an Office Administrator. This role will need to know how a business runs and assist the firm on all day-to-day operations. Will work directly with all of the partners of the law firm. Duties include handling all issues relating to A/R collection matters, managing vendor agreements and renewals, handling cyber security requirements, insurance policy renewals, and working with outside accountants in getting all necessary information to them.
Experience with bookkeeping/accounting is required. They need a self-starter that takes ownership of his/her work and will take initiative. The firm needs someone who is comfortable running an organization on a daily basis. Prior law firm experience is not required but helpful.
Salary – $85,000 – $120,000, with health insurance and 401K
