Gibson Arnold and Associates is looking for an attorney with 6+ years of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for a global infrastructure company. The position will be based in company’s Houston, Texas office and will report to the GC of the infrastructure group. Ideal candidates will have significant expertise in negotiating EPD agreements, amendments, and claims as well as drafting and reviewing notices to and from customers and subcontractors (including change orders), and all contracts related to EPC.
Responsibilities may include providing legal oversight of the group’s procurement efforts and provide support to company-wide supply-chain initiatives, with a focus on large complex EPC projects in the electric power industry.
Job title and compensation will be dependent upon the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.
