Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver, CO as a Labor & Employment Litigator. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Handling all phases of labor and employment litigation;
- Representing employers in single-plaintiff and class/collective actions;
- Defending employers in proceedings before governmental agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and state labor agencies;
- Providing practical, business-focused advice on labor and employment policies, risk mitigation, and employee relations;
- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, separation agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies;
- Collaborating with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy and managing case timelines and budgets.
