Gibson Arnold & Associates Inc. (“Gibson Arnold & Associates”) is committed to respecting the privacy of our users. We strive to provide a safe, secure user experience. This Privacy Statement sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices that apply to our Web site. By using our Web site, you consent to the policies and practices described in this Statement.
Our site contains links to other Web sites over which we have no control. Gibson Arnold & Associates is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other Web sites to which you choose to link from Gibson Arnold & Associates’ Web site. Use of Information by Gibson Arnold & Associates

Resumes
Resumes uploaded to Gibson Arnold & Associates are not stored on Gibson Arnold & Associates’ Web site. Any resumes uploaded are immediately Gibson Arnold & Associates transferred to Gibson Arnold & Associates’ internal system, which is not accessible from the Internet.
Updating Your Information
No resume or other personal information is stored on Gibson Arnold & Associates’ web site. You may review, correct, update or change your information at any time by contacting your local Gibson Arnold & Associates office. In the event that you wish to remove your resume from consideration for possible job opportunities, you will need to contact a Gibson Arnold & Associates office. We will retain your resume and other information in our files unless you request to be forgotten (see <<Your Right to Be Forgotten>>, below). However, your resume will be “deactivated” and will no longer be considered for available positions.
Your Right to Be Forgotten
At any time, you can request in writing that we remove your information from our database. Should you choose to do so, after confirming your request, we will remove all copies of your resume and all your information from our database, with the exception of an archival copy which is not accessible from the internet. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be contacted should your name and contact information be subsequently collected or referred to us.
Security
Gibson Arnold & Associates has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. Should a data breach occur, you will be notified in accordance with the appropriate state and federal law.
Use of Cookies
Gibson Arnold & Associates uses “cookies” to help personalize and maximize your online experience and time online. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a Web page server.
