Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a firm in California. The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced with:
- Business litigation;
- Commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions;
- Defending cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and/or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) preferred;
- Consumer finance and privacy laws, including banking and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing.
