Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a firm in either Minnesota or Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced with:
- Business litigation;
- Commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions and mortgage, auto, and credit card litigation is a plus;
- Consumer finance and privacy laws, including banking and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing.
