Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver, CO as a Generalist. The ideal candidate will be experienced in:
- Interviewing and meeting with client representatives.
- Insurance claims representatives, including reporting, case assessment, evaluation, and strategy.
- Taking and defending fact and expert depositions.
- Expert engagement and preparation, expert disclosures and reporting.
- All facets of pre-trial discovery and preparation.
- All facets of pre-trial motions.
- Large document production and database matters.
- Management and delegation of work to paralegals.
- First chair mediation, preferred.
- First chair trial/arbitration, preferred.
- Schedule and payment claims, preferred.
- Marketing and business development interest, and experience in drafting publications, articles, or legal presentations, preferred.
