Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join the in-house legal team of a natural resources company in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will possess experience with:
- In-house legal team experience, with a global company and experience with global contracting.
- Standardization while understanding global impact and countries.
- Ability to handle an increasing number of sales and marketing related work that falls under this role.
- Management of IP rights, coordinating work, having a patent portfolio and trademarks.
- IT licensing transactions, software licensing agreements, and partnerships.
- Negotiating and finalizing global contracting with key vendors, setting up terms and conditions in varying countries.
- All stages of large company negotiations.
- Management of a team.
- Ability to interact with lawyers in business units.
- Elements of travel and training to help coordinate global work.
- Law firm experience and international global company experience.
- Looking for opportunities for career development and progression.
This role will pay for relocation to Denver, CO.
Salary range is $184,000 – $218,000 depending on experience.
