Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver or Boulder, CO as a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Representing clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and class actions;
- Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions and motions in limine;
- Preparing and reviewing pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents;
- Managing discovery processes, including document production and working with experts;
- Taking and defending depositions;
- Assisting with trial preparation and strategy;
- Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice to clients;
- Collaborating with partners and team members on case development and litigation strategy;
- Engaging directly with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
