- All aspects of consumer financial services law.
- Healthcare and managed care insurance.
- Clerkship experience.
- State and federal court litigation experience.
- Complex health care litigation, including ERISA benefits actions, payor-provider contract disputes, out-of-network reimbursement actions, regulatory compliance issues, and consumer coverage litigation.
Salary range is $250,000 – $305,000 depending on experience.
