Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a company in Greenwood Village, CO. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Providing legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including vendor agreements, employment contracts, and insurance-related documents;
- Advising on employment law issues, including workplace policies, employee relations, and risk mitigation;
- Managing and overseeing litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel and handling pre-litigation disputes;
- Ensuring compliance with employment insurance regulations and assisting with claims or coverage issues;
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on relevant laws and regulations;
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives;
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize legal exposure.
