Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a corporate compliance manager with 5+ years of experience to join a company in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will be experienced in:
- Reviewing proposed arrangements with referral sources to ensure they are compliant and low risk;
- Providing compliance guidance considering federal fraud, waste and abuse laws, as well as other healthcare regulatory laws;
- Serving as liaison between internal business clients, legal and compliance colleagues to ensure fraud, waste and abuse risk is low is it relates to the company’s agreements with referral sources;
- Understanding the Anit-Kickback Statute and other compliance risks and applying the concepts;
- Interacting with business leaders to apply compliance principles to business practices;
- Advising on compliance with federal healthcare industry laws and regulations;
- Collaborating with compliance colleagues, regulatory attorneys, business attorneys, IT, finance, clinical and business stakeholders in identifying and resolving compliance matters.
