Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3+ years of transactional experience to join a financial services company headquartered in Nebraska. This is an in-office position, and the company does have an office in the DTC. Responsibilities for this position include: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS customer agreements, MSAs, SOWs, partnership agreements, NDAs, and vendor/procurement contracts; and providing legal advice to sales, procurement, operations and product teams.
