Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a firm in Colorado or Arizona as a Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions;
- Construction and real estate secured loans preferred;
- LIHTC or other tax-credit projects is desirable;
- Title, survey, and real estate development is a plus;
- Managing large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages.
