Gibson Arnold and Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join an AmLaw 100 firm in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in healthcare litigation and all aspects of litigation, including:
- Trial management;
- Gathering pertinent factual information;
- Identifying and researching legal issues;
- Analyzing facts and law;
- Developing strategic action plans;
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings;
- Managing all aspects of formal discovery;
- Interfacing with staff, opposing counsel, witnesses, experts, mediators, arbitrators, and judges;
- Communication with clients.
