Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver, CO as a Litigation Associate. Responsibilities for this role include:
- Drafts all necessary discovery, documents, and pleadings for state, court, administrative, and regulatory matters;
- Performs necessary legal research using all available resources;
- Reviews facts, interviews witnesses, and summarizes key factual and administrative records;
- Formulates and issues well-founded legal opinions to our clients;
- Advises and communicates regularly with clients regarding the status of their assigned matters;
- Follows the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the state and complies with all requirements of the Firm’s professional liability insurer;
- Demonstrates professional integrity and displays a hard-working, client-focused, passionate, and entrepreneurial spirit.
