Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of experience to join a firm with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be experienced with:
- Toxic tort, product liability, personal injury, and/or complex litigation matters, and pre-trial discovery experience;
- All aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motions practice;
- Analyzing and strategizing how to handle individual cases;
- Investigating, conducting research, and applying laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure in order to defend clients and reach a successful resolution of each matter;
- Working collaboratively and cooperatively with junior lawyers, paralegals, legal practice assistants, and staff.
