Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a firm in either Silicon Valley, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA; or San Francisco, CA as a Mid-Level Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation;
- Representing clients in litigation matters in federal and state courts;
- Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and summary judgment;
- Managing all aspects of discovery, including written discovery, document production, and depositions;
- Conducting legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda;
- Participating in case strategy development and client counseling;
- Interfacing directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel;
- Assisting with trial preparation and attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
