Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join a company in Houston, TX. The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Advising the company’s Commercial natural gas trading desk on all aspects of natural gas trading, storage, and transportation;
- Reviewing and advising on standard form gas trading agreements, including NAESBs;
- Advising the company’s Commercial credit team on corporate guarantees;
- Opportunities to advise on a wide range of Commercial trading issues;
- Instructing and managing outside counsel and specialists, where appropriate;
- Advising on and handling disputes.
