Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a firm in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will be experienced in:
- Oil and gas transactional work;
- Drafting and negotiating complex MSAs, PSAs, JOAs, easements, leases, assignments and other oil and gas commercial documents;
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions;
- Project development and finance, including due diligence and risk assessment;
- Advising clients on federal and state regulatory compliance, including FERC, BLM, EPA, etc.;
- Monitoring and interpreting changes in energy law and policy;
- Assisting with permitting and licensing;
- Reviewing and preparing title opinions.
