Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a firm at any of their offices in Texas as a Real Estate Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Drafting purchase and sale agreements, preferably agreements related to power infrastructure contingencies, including powered land sales and purchases;
- Analyzing various development issues including power, water, fiberoptic infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, permits, and land use;
- Closing real estate transactions;
- Prior data center and energy experience, specifically with data center development and financing, is preferred, but not required.
