Gibson Arnold and Associates is seeking multiple Lateral Partners with a $1 million book of business to join firms in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in real estate law and responsibilities may include:
- Advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing;
- Structuring and negotiating complex real estate deals across various asset types (e.g., office, retail, industrial, multifamily);
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships while developing new business opportunities;
- Collaborating with other practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions;
- Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the strategic growth of the real estate practice.
