A corporation in the north part of the Denver metro area is searching for a Senior Corporate Counsel. Candidates should have at least 6 years of corporate governance and securities experience. Public company SEC reporting is preferred. This position will be responsible for preparing and reviewing SEC filings, 10K, 10Q, 8K and proxy statements, oversee preparation of Board and Committee agendas and materials, advise finance and accounting teams regarding credit facilities and corporate finance transactions, oversee entity management and a variety of other corporate tasks. This position will also have two direct reports.
