Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a senior corporate paralegal with 10+ years of experience to join a mining company. The paralegal will help the general counsel with general corporate and securities matters. This is a new role that will also help establish new processes and procedures. This position will be fully remote but may require some travel. The minimum salary for this position is $115,000 per year.
