Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a company in Greenwood Village, CO on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including agreements with hospitals and municipalities, real estate and equipment leases, supplier and vendor agreements, software and IT agreements, and consulting and professional services agreements;
- Developing and maintaining standard contract templates and forms;
- Working knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations (preferred);
- Experience in the healthcare or aviation industry (preferred).
