Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a company in Greenwood Village, CO on a temporary basis as Counsel. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced with:
- Providing advice in connection with title insurance products and policies;
- Providing advice in connection with title insurance underwriting processes and procedures with an emphasis on claims;
- Working as a business partner with the company’s operations to formulate and implement strategies consistent with corporate objectives and which minimize legal impact on the company;
- Managing, negotiating, and resolving real estate transaction related issues including curative tasks (pre- and post-closing) and the resolution of formal disputes, claims, and complaints;
- Working with outside counsel in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner;
- Performing other work as assigned in support of company’s operational activities.
